RESPONSIBILITIES
Responsible for all the procedures and activities of the accounting department: AR, AP, Banking, Cost, Revenue, Tax, Assets…
Check all invoices, payment documents to make sure they are correct and on time
Prepare quarterly Tax declaration and Tax finalization: VAT, PIT, CIT and relative others
Prepare Financial Statements (Balance sheet, Profit/ Loss, Cash Flow statement, Notes)
Prepare monthly management accounting reports as internal managers’ requirements.
Follow up Fixed Assets and depreciation, prepaid expenses…
Calculate salary and social insurance responsible for all the procedures and activities of the compulsory social insurance.
Work directly with Audit firm, Tax Authorities and Insurance Department.
Support other departments as required.
Other tasks as assigned by manager.

THE IDEAL CANDIDATE
At least 2 years of experience as general accountant or Tax accountant
Computer literate, familiar with using MISA for accounting
Deep understanding about the VAS, Vietnamese Tax law & Insurance Law.
Good command of spoken and written English.
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Energetic, self-study, detail-oriented, honest.
