Mô tả công việc
We are looking for a Production Manager a manufacturing company as detail:
- Control 6 to 10 lines
- Make sure the factory operation runs smoothly and efficiently.
- Ensure the product is manufactured in time and quality requirements.
- Monitor production process and adjust calendar with PPIC on demand
- Control the quantity of finished garments.
- Search for potential human resources and materials needed.
- Train and develop manpower to improve efficiency and review worker performance
- Work with IE to plan line layout for each style.
- Plan, organize personnel and system requirements for processes to ensure the product complies with buyer standards and specifications.
- Responsible for selection and maintenance of equipment.
- Monitor the material utilization to achieve optimum usage of material.
- Continual improvement for all operational activities
- Coodinate with related departments to implement effective production.
- Coodinate with all managers to implement the company’s policies and goals
- Control the unexpected situations and have proper solutions.
- Responsible for the health and safety of workers and ensuring Health and Safety guidelines are implemented.
- Meet output and revenue targets agreed between Production Manager and Company Directors.

Yêu cầu công việc
- Have 5 - 10 years’ experience at the same position in Apparel Manufacturing.
- Strong technical understanding of garment assembly
- Able to manage multiple styles on line at one time.
- Excellent leadership skills, good time management and organizational skills.
- Good at English
- Fluent in Ms Office
- Manpower management and development skills.
