Project summary
Support SKU team development and deployment to all FPT Software; Build-up, implement and improve SKU framework, SKU components; and provide SKU training program to all employees to ensure effective and efficient program throughout the company; largely responsible for creating quality components bring value to company.
Job description
1.Build-up, implement and improve SKU framework
• Define the SKU framework requirements and software architect
• Develop the SKU framework
• Evaluate the SKU effectiveness and efficiency and give the improvement proposal
• Improve SKU framework after evaluation
2.Build-up, implement and improve SKU components
• Define the SKU components requirements and software architect
• Develop the SKU components
• Review the SKU components
• Deploy the SKU components to company
• Evaluate the SKU components effectiveness and efficiency and give the improvement proposal
• Improve SKU components after evaluation
3.Conduct SKU training program to all employees
• Develop training plan, training materials about SKU
• Conduct training to all employees
Others (long-term)
• Support to customize SKU to several platforms which can be run in several locations
• Support to sale SKU framework to other companies

Yêu cầu công việc
• Bachelor degree in fields such as Computer Science, Engineer, or other related ICT ones, with relevant business experience.
• Knowledge of CMMi, Agile development methods and processes; experience working in other development lifecycles is considered as a plus
• Certified technical certificate as a plus (BA, SA, domain related certificates,…)
• Expert assistance on software development, including how to tie together requirements, hardware, software and test configurations and how to enable this in a multisite development system
• Extensive knowledge of software tools used for software and system development
• In-depth experience at coaching, working with teams, encouraging consensus and managing conflicts.
• Excellent teamwork skills are mandatory
• Knowledge of CMMi, Agile development methods and processes; experience working in other development lifecycles is considered as a plus
